Welcome to FlowMaticX

What FlowMaticX is, what it replaces, and how the workflow fits together.

FlowMaticX is an all-in-one outreach OS for agencies, freelancers, and in-house marketing teams. Instead of juggling a B2B contact database, an email finder, a sequencer, a CRM, an uptime monitor, and an SEO tool, you get one login that does all of it for a fraction of the cost.

What's inside
  • 5 lead sources — Google Maps, Pro Database (275M decision makers), Instagram, TikTok, and CSV import
  • AI writer — every lead comes with a researched icebreaker and a ready-to-send cold email
  • CRM pipeline — drag-drop Kanban board with New → Contacted → Replied → Meeting → Won → Lost
  • Outreach inbox — connect your own Gmail, Outlook, or any SMTP provider and send from your real address
  • Sequences — multi-step follow-ups with automatic reply detection
  • AI reply drafting — when a lead replies, the AI drafts your response automatically
  • SEO intelligence — full site audits, rank tracking, uptime monitoring
  • AI Studio — blog CMS, AI writer with 20+ templates, chatbot builder
How the workflow fits together
  1. Find leads via any of the 5 sources at /search
  2. Review them on the /leads page and /pipeline board
  3. Connect a mailbox at /inbox/connect
  4. Build a sequence at /sequences — day 1 intro, day 3 follow-up, day 7 break-up
  5. Enroll leads via the "Enroll in sequence" button on any lead detail page
  6. Monitor replies — the IMAP poller catches them within 5 minutes and drafts a response
  7. Review + send AI-drafted replies from /inbox
Who FlowMaticX is for
  • Agencies and freelancers doing outbound sales for their own agency or clients
  • Solopreneurs building a book of business without a 7-tool SaaS stack
  • In-house marketing teams at small companies that outgrew spreadsheets but can't justify a $500/mo stack
Who it's NOT for
  • Enterprise sales teams with 50+ reps (you need dedicated tools like Outreach.io)
  • Transactional email providers (use Resend / Postmark directly)
  • Cold callers who don't need email at all
