Email enrichment

FlowMaticX has two email enrichment modes that work on any lead in your workspace, regardless of how the lead was found:

Running enrichment during a search job

On the /search page, under Email mode, choose one of the three tabs before launching the job. The mode applies to every lead in that job.

Decision Maker mode

Queries a real-time contact database for the most senior person at the company matching the role filters. Returns:

  • Full name
  • Verified business email
  • Job title / seniority
  • LinkedIn profile URL (when available)

Role filters (optional): you can specify up to 5 job titles or seniority levels (e.g. "CEO, Founder, CMO"). Leave blank to let the system pick the best match.

Company mode

Queries the company's email domain (e.g. acme.com) and returns up to 20 verified email addresses found across the public web for that domain. Useful when you want to reach multiple contacts at the same company, or when you don't know the decision maker's name.

Both mode

Runs Decision Maker and Company lookups in a single step and merges the results onto the lead record.

Running enrichment on an existing lead

Open any lead detail page → Company Emails panel → click Find emails. This runs the Company lookup for that single lead (2 credits). The results are saved permanently to the lead — re-fetching is always free.

Where results appear

After enrichment:

  • Decision Maker: the lead's email, decisionMakerName, and decisionMakerRole fields are populated
  • Company: the companyEmails array on the lead is populated and shown in the Company Emails panel on the lead detail page
  • Both: both of the above

Credit behaviour

Credits are deducted when a new lookup is run. If the lead already has company emails saved, the panel shows them for free — no additional credit charge. Decision Maker lookups charge 2 credits whether the result is verified or risky (risky results are refunded automatically).

Tips
  • Google Maps leads often have company emails found via the domain on their website — Company mode works well here
  • Pro Database leads already include a decision maker email — use Decision Maker mode to verify or enrich further
  • Use Both mode for high-value leads where you want the widest possible contact list at a company
