The /pipeline page is a 6-column Kanban board showing every lead by stage.
The 6 stages
- New — fresh leads, not contacted yet
- Contacted — first email sent
- Replied — they wrote back
- Meeting — call or demo booked
- Won — closed deal
- Lost — not interested
How stages auto-advance
FlowMaticX automatically moves leads through stages as you take actions:
- Send a cold email (manually or via sequence) → lead moves from New to Contacted
- Lead replies (via IMAP poller) → auto-moves to Replied
- You drag the card to another column → manual override
You can always drag any card between any columns. The automation is convenience, not a lock.

- Click and hold any card to pick it up
- Drag to a different column — drop zones highlight when you hover over them
- Release to drop
- Optimistic UI updates instantly; if the server rejects the move it rolls back with a toast error
Stage descriptions
Hover over any column header to see a description of that stage. Use it as a convention for your team:
| Stage | When to use it |
|---|---|
| New | Default for every just-imported lead |
| Contacted | At least one outreach email sent |
| Replied | Any reply, even "not interested" |
| Meeting | Calendar event booked with the lead |
| Won | Signed contract / invoice sent |
| Lost | Not interested / unresponsive / bounced |
Tips
- Review the Replied column daily — these are your hottest leads
- Move Lost leads out of Contacted — stops sequence workers from re-emailing them
- Use Won as a "case study ready" tag — filter to Won and pick testimonials from there
