Credit top-up packs

Credit top-up packs let you buy a one-time batch of credits on top of your monthly allowance — no plan upgrade required. They're useful when you need to run a big campaign before your renewal date.

The bigger the pack, the lower the per-credit cost.

1. Open Billing in the left sidebar
2. Scroll past the plan cards to Top-up packs
3. Click Buy on the pack you want
4. Stripe Checkout opens — enter your card (or use the card already on file)
5. Payment succeeds → credits are added to your balance instantly

Top-up credits appear in your credit transaction history as topup_pack_500 (or whichever pack you bought).

• Top-up credits are added on top of your monthly plan allowance
• They are used after your monthly credits are exhausted (plan credits drain first)
• Top-up credits do not expire — they roll over month-to-month until used
• If you downgrade to Free, top-up credits are preserved and available when you re-upgrade

You're on the Starter plan (200 credits/month). It's day 25 of your billing cycle and you've used all 200 credits but have a big prospecting job to run today.

1. Buy the 500-credit pack ($39) → you instantly have 500 credits
2. Run your job (e.g. 300 leads + enrichment = ~300 credits used)
3. Your plan renews in 5 days → 200 fresh plan credits are added
4. The remaining 200 top-up credits are still there, on top of the new 200 plan credits

If you regularly run out of credits, it's more cost-effective to upgrade your plan than to buy multiple top-up packs:

• Growth plan ($119/mo) gives you 450 credits — better value than buying Starter pack ($39) twice
• Agency plan ($299/mo) gives you 1,500 credits — roughly equivalent to buying the Agency top-up pack every month but with all Agency features included

Stripe sends a payment receipt to your billing email immediately after purchase. You can also download the invoice from the Stripe Customer Portal (Billing → Manage subscription).
