Why I built FlowMaticX
I'm Waqas. I build SaaS products from Pakistan, and I built FlowMaticX because I was tired of paying $400/month for tools that didn't talk to each other.
The story
In 2023, I was running a small agency stack. Apollo for leads. Instantly for cold email. ManyChat for WhatsApp. Ahrefs for SEO. Mailreach for deliverability. Five tools. Five logins. Five bills. Roughly $400/month just for the plumbing before I'd done any actual work.
The breaking point came one afternoon: I bought 500 contacts from Apollo. Two hundred bounced. Apollo billed me for all 500 anyway, because their pricing is "per search" — not "per usable lead". I sat with that for an hour, then started writing the first lines of what would become FlowMaticX.
I didn't want a better Apollo. I wanted a workspace where lead scraping, email verification, sequences, warmup, WhatsApp automation, SEO audits, and the visual builder were one tool — sharing one credit pool, one inbox, and one philosophy: you only pay for what works.
Why Pakistan matters
Most B2B SaaS is built in San Francisco for San Francisco buyers. But the buyers I know — agencies in Karachi, Lagos, Dubai, Lahore, Mumbai, Sao Paulo — close deals on WhatsApp, not in inboxes. They can't justify $79/seat Apollo bills. They need AI that writes natively in Urdu and Arabic, not English-translated-to-Urdu.
FlowMaticX is built for those buyers, by someone who lives in their market. Pricing reflects local realities. WhatsApp is first, not an afterthought. The 19-language AI Writer was a Day 1 priority, not a Year 3 add-on.
